The Bluewater’s Residence
About the Project
Located on Bluewaters Island, off the coast of Dubai, Bluewaters Residences is a contemporary waterfront residential development by Meraas. Designed by 10 DESIGN, with Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) responsible for executive architecture and lead consultancy, the development combines residential buildings, waterfront townhouses and landscaped public spaces within a distinctive island setting.
My architectural and aerial photography explores the relationship between the residential buildings and their coastal surroundings, highlighting the contemporary façades, geometric compositions and integration of architecture with the waterfront environment. Through carefully selected perspectives and natural light, the photographic series documents the development's architectural character, scale and connection to the wider urban landscape.
The images present a visual study of contemporary residential architecture in Dubai, focusing on the relationship between built form, urban planning and waterfront living.
