How It All Began

I grew up in Lebanon, where I studied interior design and painting. Both taught me to look closely at light, proportion and the way a space makes you feel, long before I picked up a camera seriously.

After my studies I moved into the corporate world, but photography was growing alongside my career. [Add the moment it started: a first camera, a trip, a project that made it feel like more than a hobby.] What began as a way of seeing became something I couldn't set aside.

In 2014, photography became my full-time profession.

Before settling in Dubai, I lived and travelled across the Middle East. Moving between cultures and landscapes widened how I see, and it still shapes my work today. In Dubai I found a city where architecture is being made at an extraordinary scale, and I spent three years documenting the pavilions of Expo 2020 Dubai.

Today my work moves between two worlds: architecture and interiors for clients across the GCC, and landscape photography on long overland journeys, where I camp in remote places and wait for the right ligh

Workshops and Photo Tours

Guided photography trips to remarkable locations, where you learn practical techniques in the field. Each workshop is designed around the place and the people attending.

I take care of all the logistics, including accommodation and transport. Every location is researched and scouted in advance, so the trip is safe and well organised and you can concentrate on photography and the landscape.

What I Teach

Know your gear
Understanding your gear, setting up your tripod, and using ND, graduated ND and CPL filters.

Exposure
The exposure triangle, ISO and aperture settings, depth of field, reading the histogram, and bracketing.

Focus
Manual focusing, hyperfocal distance, and focus stacking.

Composition and vision
Reading a composition, compositional techniques, pre-visualisation, and chasing the light.

Advanced techniques
Long exposure, night photography, and vertical and multi-row panoramas.

Post-production
Editing in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and digital blending.

My years of travel, camping and overlanding also shape how I prepare for remote locations, and I share that practical knowledge alongside the photography.
