Photography Workshop Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to photography workshops and private photography classes organised by Dany Eid Photography, operated by MEXI Marketing DWC-LLC.
1. Registration & Booking
Workshop registration is subject to availability and is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
2. Payment
Workshop prices, payment schedules and any required deposits will be communicated before booking. The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid by the specified deadline.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Participants wishing to cancel must notify us by email. Any applicable refund will be determined by the cancellation policy communicated for the specific workshop, subject to applicable law.
If a workshop is cancelled by the organiser, participants will be offered a full refund of the workshop fee or an alternative date.
4. Schedule & Location
Workshop schedules, locations and itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Participant Requirements
Participants should have basic knowledge of their camera equipment unless otherwise stated.
Participants are generally expected to bring their own photography equipment. Any equipment, transportation, accommodation or meals included in the workshop will be specified before booking.
6. Safety & Conduct
All participants are expected to follow safety instructions, respect fellow photographers and comply with venue regulations.
Unsafe, disruptive or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the workshop, subject to applicable law.
7. Personal Belongings & Insurance
Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and photographic equipment.
Appropriate travel, medical and equipment insurance is recommended for workshops involving travel or outdoor activities.
8. Photography & Copyright
Participants retain copyright ownership of the photographs they create during the workshop.
Photographs or videos showing participants may be taken during workshops. Promotional use of identifiable participant images will be subject to appropriate consent.
Participant photographs will not be used for promotional or commercial purposes without appropriate permission.
9. Liability
Photography workshops may involve outdoor activities, travel and changing environmental conditions.
Participants agree to follow reasonable safety instructions and disclose relevant accessibility requirements when necessary for safe participation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
