Cost and Payment
The cost and payment schedule of each workshop is listed on each individual Workshop page on the website.
Payments are done via bank transfer (details can be provided on request).
Registration
Registration is done when the initial deposit has been submitted and payment confirmed via email. The balance of the payment must be completed as set out in the individual workshop requirements and the dates provided.
Release of Liability
By registering for the workshop, all participants acknowledge that they have thoroughly read the dates, workshop requirements and ‘Terms and Conditions’ for the workshop.
The participants further certify that they are aware that the Workshop carries the risk of personal injury, death, or loss (damage) of property and they (the partici- pants) accept all the risks thereof.
Participants agree on behalf of themselves, their dependents, heirs, executors and assigns, to release and hold harmless MEXI Marketing DWC LLC (subse- quently referred to as the ‘Company’, it’s members, employees, subsidiaries, as- sociates, officers, directors, successors, representatives, assigns, and its desig- nated instructors from any and all claims, including but not limited to liability for delays, monetary damages, illness, injuries, death, or for the loss of or damage of property resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions. Participants agree to abide by the conditions set set forth under “Terms and Conditions”.
Participants affirm that they are covered by medical insurance that is valid inter- nationally.
Participants further acknowledge receipt of this release and understand and ac- cept its terms and conditions.
The Company and the Instructors assume no responsibility for expenses in- curred by participants in their preparation for the Workshop, such as air tickets, visa/passport acquisition, fees, equipment, medical expenses, individual trans- fers, etc. (unless specified otherwise on each individual workshop page on the website).
The Company reserve the right to reduce the number of instructors in the event that the number of participants fall below the minimum required number of par- ticipants
Assumption of Risk
Participants are participating in the Workshop under their own volition, with complete awareness that it involves some inherent risk and danger including, but not limited to, forces of nature, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, wild an- imals, all activities including hiking over rough terrain, theft, cancellation or changes in itinerary, negligent actions of others or their agencies, or means of conveyance or accommodation which may not be operated nor maintained to common standards.
In the event of a medical issue arising, the participant is responsible for any re- sulting cost incurred (such as evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation).
By forwarding the deposit, the participant certifies that they agree with these terms and conditions and that they do not have any mental or physical or other condition or disability that would create hazard for them or other participants . The Instructors and their suppliers take no responsibility for special arrange- ments or problems incurred by participants unable to participate in the Work- shop or planned activities.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
It is advisable for participants to take out trip cancellation and interruption in- surance in the event of any emergency or event that may require them to cancel the workshop before or during the workshop.
Cancellation can only be accepted in writing via email. The date of said email will serve as the official cancellation date.
Refunds will be made as per each individual workshop terms and conditions.
Changes in itinerary
The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the workshop dates, accommodation and itinerary under certain conditions, such as a change in weather conditions, political conditions and/or other factors beyond our control. The participants acknowledge that such changes will be made with the best in- terest and safety of said participants in mind.The Company does not assume any responsibility for any cost incurred due to delays and/or itinerary changes. The cost of changes or delays is not included.
Fitness and Health
The participants are expected to have a reasonable level of fitness as there will be the occasional short hike.
The participant is required to be able to carry and manage their own luggage and equipment.
If you have any special needs or any physical condition that you feel might pre- vent you from fully participating, please make us aware at the time of registra- tion for the workshop or contact us via email or phone in advance with any ques- tions or concerns.
Please notify us in advance of any allergies, physical/mental conditions or med- ication you’re currently taking that may affect your health.
Code of Conduct
It is expected of participants to conduct themselves in a manner that is respect- ful to the group and other participants. Under no circumstances will any use of illegal drugs or substances be tolerated. Such use, as well as committing or par- ticipating in any criminal or illegal activity and violence of any sort will result in the participant’s immediate removal from the Workshop, without refund and at the participant’s expense. Workshop Instructors have the authority, and hereby reserve the right, to remove or exclude participants from the Workshop, or any portion thereof, for actions they consider inappropriate or disruptive to the group or Workshop. Given the potential inherent dangers and possible local re- strictions, participants agree to listen to and follow the Instructors advice and di- rection at all times during the Workshop.

Visa/passport expenses
Individual travel and medical insurance costs
Individual charges, such as room service, laundry, drinks outside of included meals and alcoholic beverages

Travel Insurance
Each participant is encouraged to purchase international travel insurance . Suggested coverage include: Accident and Sickness Medical Insurance that is accepted internationally, emergency evacuation and repatriation of remains, ac- cidental death/ dismemberment coverage and workshop cancellation cover- age.
We strongly advise that you evaluate your risk and to take out travel insurance that covers the full value of the Workshop and personal belongings in the case of Workshop cancellation, loss or theft of luggage, and emergency evacuation. The Company, owners, and Instructors will not be held responsible for these ex- penses.
Model Release
The Company and the Workshop Instructors reserve the right to take pho- tographs and/ or videos during the operation of any Workshop and to use the resulting photography, videos, or clips for promotional or commercial use. By registering for the Workshop, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by the Company, the Instructors, the Workshop sponsor, and authorized third parties, without compensation to the participant.
Photo Release
Copyright in all photographs, video, and related materials (herein referred to as “Workshop Materials”) created by the participant shall belong to the participant upon creation. The participant grants to the Company, its owners, agents and subsidiaries, and the Instructors, a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable li- cense to use any Workshop Materials voluntarily provided to the Company or the Instructors in any media for the following purposes: editorial use, promotion of this editorial use, advertising and promotion of Workshops offered by the Company, the Instructors or promotion of Workshops led by the Instructors.
