BEEAH Headquarters, Sharjah
From the air, the BEEAH Headquarters in Sharjah reads as part of the desert itself. Its sculptural form takes its cues from the dunes around it, with fluid lines and organic curves that are hard to appreciate from the ground.
Solar-energy systems spread across the wide desert site and power much of the building's operations, in line with BEEAH's net-zero goals. Seen from above, the architecture, the technology and the renewable energy clearly belong to one idea: a landmark designed for the future of the region.
