About the Project
Aljada in Sharjah brings homes, workplaces and leisure spaces together within a connected urban community. Landscaped walkways and public areas shape the spaces between buildings, linking the architecture with everyday life.
At its heart, the Central Hub, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, introduces a fluid architectural language through sweeping curves and organic forms.
My photography explores the relationship between these sculptural forms and the wider development, following the lines of the architecture, the rhythm of its façades and the way light shapes its spaces.
